Granada Condominiums is a group of private homes situated in Hazelwood, Missouri. We have 174 units all privately held. This site is maintained by the Granada Board of Directors to distribute information electronically and assist in maintaining the lines of communication.
Homeowners: Granada has learned of a possible issue with Stab-Lok Circuit Breakers that are in some of the units in our complex. We suggest you contact a licensed electrician for an inspection if you have one of these breaker boxes in your unit.
The Board of Granada Condominiums has approved the creation of a website with the primary focus of relaying information to residents and to allow the remote creation of work orders to be submitted through the website. Please provide any feedback you feel would benefit the community.
